The outlet at Hong Kong Arts Centre ceased operation from 1 October 2023.

* If there is an URBTIX performance at the venue in the evening, its outlet will remain open until half an hour after the performance start time.

^ The outlet at Yuen Long Theatre will be temporarily out of service from 18 March 2024 to 30 June 2024 due to the improvement works at the venue.

# The outlet at Sai Wan Ho Civic Centre has been temporarily out of service since 1 April 2022 due to the renovation and improvement project at the venue with target to reopen in the first half of 2025.

# The outlet at Tai Po Civic Centre has been temporarily out of service since 1 November 2021 due to the improvement works at the venue with target to reopen in the first half of 2025.
