For block booking of dance rooms / activity rooms / games rooms, the minimum number of users is six persons at any one time for each room. |

Due to the multi-use nature of the room, the applicant for use of Activity Room should consult the venue management for their agreement on the proposed activity which is of high risk nature with safety implications (e.g. free fight or contact sports, etc.), involving possible damage to the facility and setting up of any temporary structure, etc, before making the bookings. Failing such, the management may cancel the booking and/or suspend the use, and may invoke the provisions under the Conditions of Use.
